Parcel Damaged In Transit:

We shall inspect the matter and send a fresh product if it qualifies for replacement.

We DO NOT accept cancellation/ exchange/ return/ refund of any product as our products are highly customised and sent for production only after order confirmation. 
• Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will be notified in case of any unusual delay. 
• Delivery Terms
3-8 days from the day of dispatch. 
We are not responsible for any delays post dispatch as it is outsourced to a third-party shipping provider. 
• Tracking Notifications
